Comments from clients

“Dexter coaches without judgment.  He doesn't push his own thoughts and ideas on you, he focuses on helping you explore what's important to you.  He asks powerful questions that bring significant self-awareness.  He has helped me identify when I may be telling myself a story that's holding myself back, and puts me back into a confident state where I know I am the only one in control of reaching my goals.”

Courtney Shipman, Operations excellence department specialist

"I gained confidence in my ability to interview and answer questions that might be asked. I passed my NCLEX and hope to find out about a position I applied for. I was very confident in the interview and have the coaching to thank for my new found Christina Huizenga, RN

"You bring both a strong grasp of 'soft skill' tools AND wise/real life experience.  Together it makes your coaching authentic and applicable,"

Ray Reilly, Vice President, Clinical Operations for TG Therapeutics
